Choosing the Right Pretrial Assessment

Developers of evidence-based pretrial assessment tools analyze data to identify factors that correlate with pretrial failure. Pretrial assessment tools should be re-tested on a regular basis to ensure they remain valid for the population on which they are used. In this session, PJI's John Clark will be joined by special guests to discuss what goes into choosing the pretrial assessment that's right for your jurisdiction.

Responding to Violations: New Approaches in Lucas & Mecklenburg Counties
